Myself and my partner Bev met Ian when we purchased our house in Duncraig. That was a smooth and effortless settlement and over the following years we ran into Ian on many occasions through our interest in the real estate market around the Duncraig area.
Whilst Ian knew that mostly we were “tyre kickers”, just keeping an eye on what was happening in our suburb, he was always courteous and friendly and we got to know and trust him and sought his advice on marketing strategies for our properties.
When we were considering the sale of our property in Duncraig we invited Ian to come and offer advice on improvements and presenting our home at its best for the market.
We implemented many of his ideas and prepared our home as Ian suggested, then sat down to discuss the sale. We were comfortable with his presentation and Set Date Sale marketing strategy to the point where we had no need to speak to any other agents.
