Showcasing Realmark’s talent and presence in both regional Western Australia and metropolitan areas, Julie Fairclough (Realmark Dunsbrough), Aaron Green (Realmark North Coastal) and Jordan James (Realmark Karratha) were all recognised as Master Salespeople for the 2023/24 financial year.
A Master Salesperson is an agent who achieved results that put them I the top 1 to 5 per cent of performers in either sales volume or value in the financial year.
Julie Fairclough sold 35 properties at a value of over $52 million, Aaron Green completed 48 sales transactions at over $60 million total value, while Jordan James sold 67 listings at almost $39 million.
Further filling out the map, Realmark Mandurah’s Sam Beechey achieved a podium finish in the Rookie of the Year category, coming in third for the year with 34 listings.
This category is judged on total listings, however Mr Beechey was one of only two agents in the 88-person category to achieve a sales value of over $20 million.
Realmark Karratha and Jordan James also achieved top-five results in the auction category, with Mr James coming in fourth with 15 listings sold by auction, and his Realmark Karratha office finishing fifth overall with a total of 24 properties sold by auction.
Realmark Karratha was also acknowledged as a top-10 boutique office statewide, coming in at eighth place with 144 total listings over the 12-mnth submission period.
Meanwhile, the Realmark residential network achieved the fourth-highest value-sold figure of any franchise network group in WA, with a sum of sales of over $1.4 billion.
Its competitors in the top-three each have at least two to five times the number of branches of the Realmark network – a credit to the productivity of Realmark’s agents and teams.
Finally, the REIWA.com Awards also celebrated commercial real estate achievement, and Realmark is proud to share Realmark Commercial made the top-five in top office by value of commercial listings sold.
